Customer Support Executive

Telihub is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team based in Ahemdabad. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing prompt and effective solutions to their inquiries and technical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our Voice, A2P SMS, and DID services.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage customer accounts and update relevant information.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and support documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of Voice, A2P SMS, and DID technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
